Cancellations and Substitution

 

You may cancel your registration up to 30 days prior to the workshop.  If you must cancel within 30 days of the workshop, you may 1.) send a substitute from your organization or 2.) transfer your registration fee to another workshop of your choice that is scheduled within 12 months of your original event.  Please note that if you do not cancel and do not attend, you are still responsible for payment.  Substitutions may be made at any time.

· We will email your confirmation within 10 days after your register

· If you do not receive your confirmation before the workshop, please call us at 800-420-6189

· You will be notified by fax, email, and/or mail if any changes are made to the workshop

· Please, no audio or video recording

· Continental Breakfast is included

· Payment is due 5 business days before the workshop.

· We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel any workshop due to weather and/or other such unforeseen events.
